Booking Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed upon payment (incall) or therapist acceptance (outcall)
• All appointments are subject to therapist availability
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to therapist illness or emergency

Payment Terms

• Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• Payment methods include card, bank transfer, and cash (outcall only)
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are processed according to our Booking Policy

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Detailed cancellation terms are outlined in our Booking Policy. Key points include:

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund
• 12-24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 12 hours: 100% cancellation fee
• Emergency exceptions may apply at our discretion

Client Conduct

• Respectful behaviour towards staff is required
• Inappropriate conduct will result in service termination
• Arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited
• Mobile phones should be switched off during treatment

We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, severe weather, or force majeure events.

• All platform content, designs, and materials are our intellectual property
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• Treatment protocols and methodologies are proprietary
• Client testimonials and images may be used for marketing with consent

Acceptable Use

• Use the platform only for booking and managing appointments
• Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
• Do not share account credentials with others
• Report any technical issues or security concerns immediately

Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent bookings or payment information
• Harassment of staff or other users
• Attempting to circumvent security measures
• Using the platform for any illegal activities

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.

Effect of Termination

• Your right to use the platform will cease immediately
• Outstanding appointments will be honoured or refunded
• Health records will be retained as per legal requirements
• These Terms will continue to apply to any past use
